Registration

The following registration fees are applicable for EORTC CLTG Annual Meeting 2026 and include VAT:

• Early bird registration fee: until Friday, 17 July 2026, 23:59 CEST
• Regular registration fee: from Saturday, 18 July 2026, 00:00 CEST

Registration fees are to be paid in €uro and are inclusive of 19% German VAT. No other currency will be accepted.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

If you would like to register a larger group, please complete and return the group registration form to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org, by using “Group Registration EORTC” in the subject line.
Please note the mandatory fields, as an incomplete form cannot be processed.

Cancellations must be received in writing to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org by August 26, 2026. No refunds will be granted after that date. A processing fee of 30 Euros will be charged for each cancelled registration. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Substitutions are possible and must be received in writing by September 26, 2026. To substitute a registration, please send an email including the original registrant’s name and the person substituting to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org.
