The following registration fees are applicable for EORTC CLTG Annual Meeting 2024 and include VAT:

• Early bird registration fee: until Friday, 14 July 2024, 23:59 CEST
• Regular registration fee: until Monday, 07 October 2024, 23:59 CEST
• On-site registration fee from Tuesday, 08 October 2024

Registration fees are to be paid in CHF and are inclusive of 19% German VAT. No other currency will be accepted.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

Cancellations must be received in writing to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org by August 28, 2024. No refunds will be granted after that date. A processing fee of 30 Euros will be charged for each cancelled registration. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Substitutions are possible and must be received in writing by September 25, 2024. To substitute a registration, please send an email including the original registrant’s name and the person substituting to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org.

A processing fee of 30 Euros will be charged for each amended registration.
